Bishop J. Alan Neal

Pastor Owen A. Hewitt serves as the Senior Pastor of AGAPE Christian Faith Center in Ramstein-Miesenbach, Germany. Born in Manchester, Jamaica, West Indies, he migrated to Hartford, Connecticut, USA, at a young age. After graduating from Hartford Public High School, he enlisted in the United States Army, where he served honorably as a Telecommunications Specialist and attained the rank of Sergeant.

In 1997, Pastor Owen answered God's call to ministry and began receiving Christian education and leadership training at Church For All Nations (CFAN) in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
He later continued his ministry development while serving at New Life Church in Colorado Springs from 2000 to 2008. During these formative years, he developed a deep passion for evangelism, dedicating countless hours to sharing the Gospel in communities throughout Colorado Springs and New York City.

Pastor Owen also earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Business Administration.
While he values education, his greatest passion remains reaching the lost and advancing the Kingdom of God through the power and leading of the Holy Spirit.

Following his military service, he spent ten years working as a military contractor in the Middle East. Upon returning to the United States, he served faithfully at New City Church in Fairburn, Georgia, until 2020.

In 2021, Pastor Owen relocated to Germany and joined AGAPE Christian Faith Center, where he was ordained as an Elder and later appointed Senior Pastor. He continues to serve with a heart for evangelism, discipleship, and spiritual growth, faithfully proclaiming the Gospel and equipping believers for Kingdom service.

Pastor Owen is married to the former Cheryl Ann Christian (Joy) of Falmouth, Trelawny, Jamaica. Together they are blessed with three children and two cherished grandchildren.
